Try this Lyn
Right click on your desktop and select "new folder".....right click it and rename it to "video downloads".....go to start menu , click Documents and drag the folder into the documents folder and close

Then go to the 3 parallel lines on your toolbar

Click them and select Options (looks like a cog)....When box opens, select "General" (left hand side at the top )

.....at the bottom where it asks where you want to save downloads, click "browse"....in the box which pops up, select documents-video downloads.....click apply and close ....see if that works for you, i've just done that and it does for me

If the Downloads folder is already showing as in the above dialogue box but you can't see it in your 'My Documents' then you may have to change your settings to 'Show Hidden Files and Folders' just in-case it is being hidden, although if it gets deleted Microsoft automatically re-creates a new one, as I discovered when I deleted mine because I don't use it and don't want it, so it's now set as a hidden folder.
