Hi thanks to all who responded. In answer to all questions.
1. I own it jointly with one other person (both parties wish to sell)
2. We don't have the tapu, but have an agreement with Oracle that they will arrange for the tapu to be put in the name(s) of the new owner(s).
3. I do have pictures but unfortunately not scanned as yet.
4. The flat is on the middle floor, parkside

I had an agreement like this one when I bought my apartment and 5 and half years on I am still singing for my tapu.

In the present crisis within the Turkish housing market (Scams etc:) anyone
who is not in possession of the correct Tapu and Habitation certificate for the
property that is for sale will in my opinion not get any takers.

Together with the fact that only on your 3 post you are trying to sell a property.

If that's the case why don't Oracle put it in your and joint owners name now along with your habitation certificate.

As gazzer says 28.500 is way to much for a one bedroom, regardless in what you paid for it.

Even more so with what has been happening with the scams and the more publicity they are getting.
