Been looking at the webcam over the past few days and seen all the stall being put up on the seafront between Dolphin Square and the statue, and today a large stage has appeared. What's happening out there this weekend does anyone know?

Apparently there is a festival for 'disabled week'.
Lots of stalls, live music & events.
On until 18th May I believe for anyone that's out there.
Also Sultan & Kings has had a big revamp & will be open now/soon!
